Focquet is seeking to recruit a workshop manager with experience in the field of rotating machines and industrial electrical transformers. The workshop manager will lead and organise the work of our team of technicians. Acting as a source of information, the workshop manager will explain the various operations carried out by the team and will provide valuable advice regarding equipment breakdowns and maintenance in close collaboration with suppliers' technicians. - Organisation of the general operation of the workshop. - Planning and assignment of tasks to technicians. - Monitoring of technical work - Assistance to the workshop for the diagnosis of breakdowns and carrying out repair work. - Ensuring that technicians' work is performed in accordance with health and safety standards.
A minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar position.

To promote our product ranges, you will advise, develop and retain the loyalty of business customers and associations in your assigned sector. You will plan your customer visits in collaboration with Sales Management.
